Return policy for eBooks and printed books.

FitZore Book Store sells it’s products on multiple platforms. We sell some of our products directly from this website (fitzore.store). We also provide links to other websites, like Amazon and Barnes & Noble, where our products may be purchased. This return policy informs you of how to request a refund in either of these scenarios.

Third Party Sales

For all books or eBooks that are printed, sold, and delivered by a third party (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), you must follow their return policies listed on their websites. Your return request must be initiated by you on their website where your purchase was made.

If you have questions about a return for a purchase that you made on a third-party website like Amazon or Barnes & Noble, you must use their contact method to ask your questions. FitZore Book Store cannot answer questions about their policies or make decisions for them.

FitZore Direct Sales

eBooks

For all digital / downloadable eBooks that are sold directly on this website (fitzore.store) and are available for direct access or download on this website (fitzore.store), you may request a refund on this website (fitzore.store) for unredeemed eBooks within 7 days of purchase. Unredeemed eBooks are digital / downloadable eBooks that you have purchased directly on this website (fitzore.store) but have not been downloaded or accessed.

Follow these procedures to request a refund if you made an eBook purchase directly on this website (fitzore.store) and meet the above requirements:

  1. Go to My Account and sign in with the same FitZore account information you used to register for an account on this website (fitzore.store).
  2. Locate your order or title and select Return. All unredeemed copies will be returned.
  3. Select your reason for return, and then Submit.

Note: Orders of eBooks delivered to the receiver or redeemed / downloaded by the receiver or through the purchasers account on this website (fitzore.store) are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds for this website (fitzore.store) are credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase and usually completed within 3-5 business days.

Printed Books

For all printed copies of books (paper format) that are sold directly from this website (fitzore.store) and shipped by Fitzore Book Store, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. All printed books must be promptly returned as directed by FitZore Book Store in unused, original / new factory condition.

Follow these procedures to request a refund if you purchased a printed book (paper format) directly on this website (fitzore.store) and meet the above requirements:

  1. Go to My Account and sign in with the same FitZore account information you used to register for an account on this website (fitzore.store).
  2. Locate your order or title and select Return. All unredeemed copies will be returned.
  3. Select your reason for return, and then Submit.
  4. After your refund has been approved, you must packaged and mail the new / unused book / books to the following address immediately:

Note: No refunds are offered or will be granted for used or damaged printed books. All books are sold and shipped in new factory condition and must be returned in the same condition.

Damaged during shipping: For products that are damaged during shipping, you must file a request for reimbursement from the company that performed the delivery. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
